RETURN POLICY

 

At Skins SA, we want you to be in love with your purchase. However, if you’re not happy with your purchase, we're here to help. You have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date received. To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused and in the exact same condition as when received. Additionally, the product must be returned in its original packaging. In such circumstances there is a 30% restocking fee which is calculated on the price of the product excluding shipping. Shipping fees are non-refundable

 

To make a return, please contact info@skinssa.co.za as soon possible. Our Team will walk you through the steps to do so. Please note, Skins SA does not provide pre-paid return/exchange labels. We are not responsible for lost return parcels. When sending anything back to us, please beware of this and select a shipping service which has a tracking reference.

 

Returns are only processed once the product has arrived back at our facility. Returns will be processed to the original method of payment or refunded by EFT. Once processed, please allow 1-2 business days for the credit to appear back to the original method of payment or bank account if EFT payment.

 

If you have received the wrong product due to fault of Skins SA, please email info@skinssa.co.za so this can be corrected immediately. In this instance, you are not responsible for costs associated with return of item received and reshipment. If you have received the product damaged or faulty, please email info@skinssa.co.za along with photo documentation of the damages so that we can fully address the issue in a timely manner.

 

Refunds are not allowed in the following instances:

 

(i) when using a voucher from a competition or giveaway.

(ii) when purchasing a sale item.
